The Continental does not have parking. We recommend parking at the Inspire Downtown Parking Garage located at 100 N Santa Rosa St, just a 3 minute walk away. Here's what you need to know:

• With our validation, parking is $8 per entry. You can validate by using a link available after booking or asking us at check-in. Validation can only be completed after parking in the garage.

• There is no in-and-out privileges, meaning there is a charge each time you enter.

• The $8 rate applies for the first 24 hours only. After that, the standard rate of $12 per day applies.

Yes! Pets are welcome. This property is dog- and cat-friendly. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100+tax to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.
