Littlefield Lofts, hosted by Placemakr offers contactless check-in for verified guests. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth check-in.
1. Verify your information
In order to keep Placemakr safe for all guests and residents, we require all guests to verify their information before giving access to the building and their unit.
We will send you a unique link to verify your information and complete your reservation, however you may also look it up here.
2. Wait for your unit information via text
Expect a text from us at check-in time with your apartment number and unique PIN code. We'll text you as soon as your apartment is ready. There is no front desk in the lobby, you can head straight up to your apartment!
Arrival
At check-in time, we'll text and email your access PINs. All guests must complete our pre-arrival verification process to receive building and apartment access.
Our main entrance is located at 119 E 6th St, directly next to Gold's Gym. To access the building, use your Building PIN on the pin-pad.
From the lobby, head towards the elevators and up to your apartment floor. To access your apartment, enter your Apartment PIN on the pin-pad. Wi-Fi information can be found inside.

Parking:
Guests may park in the Littlefield & Scarbrough Building garage located at 508 Brazos St, directly next to Littlefield Lofts. Parking is provided by an independent operator. Placemakr is not responsible for any issues related to parking.

We recommend parking on the same floor as your apartment assignment (example: if you are in Apartment #702, park on the 7th floor) and to park as close to the Littlefield Lofts entrance.
Look for the red signs for entrance to the building, and then use your PIN on the keypad to enter the building.
Wi-Fi is always complimentary at all Placemakr properties. In addition to in-unit signs, we will email you your unit network and password at the time of check-in.
We've partnered with Roku TV so you can stream TV just like you do at home. You'll have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and other available streaming services. Roku TV instructions can be found in your apartment.
We always clear your login information after your stay.
For a quick and seamless TV experience, we recommend having your login information ready prior to arrival.
You’ll have broom and dustpan, paper towels, and dish soap in your loft. If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us.
Please meet your food and grocery deliveries at the front door. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries up to guest floors.
If you’re having packages delivered, please follow the example below. You will be contacted if you have a package; otherwise, reach out to us.

Q: Does Littlefield Lofts allow pets?
A: Yes! Pets are welcome.
This property is dog-and-cat-friendly. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 + tax to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.
As a Placemakr guest, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our pet policy. Please refer to the policy for specifics, including a fine for failure to declare a pet.

A: Yes! Littlefield Lofts is family-friendly. If you need a pack ’n play, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll make sure you’re all squared away.

A: At this time, we are unable to offer luggage storage.
Q: Does Placemakr provide housekeeping for its guests?
A: We provide all the necessities to keep your room clean, including broom, dustpan, and dishwashers.

A: When available, we're happy to offer early check-in for an additional cost.

For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know.
We do not accept cash, checks, pre-paid credit cards, nor ApplePay.
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.
