Arriving by car
Let us know if you need to add parking ($40/day + tax) so that we can give you garage access before you arrive.
If you have already coordinated parking with us and received your PIN, you can enter the garage by using that same code. If you have not received a PIN or forgot to tell us that you needed parking, you may temporarily park your car in the loading zone (the yellow curb near the lobby entrance) while you pick up your PIN and parking pass. Use this link to navigate to the lobby.

Ahead, you’ll see a gate. Use your PIN code followed by # to enter and park beyond the gate on level L.
We urge all guests to avoid leaving their vehicles running without supervision or keeping valuables inside their cars. Placemakr cannot be held liable for any losses or damages that occur in our parking facilities. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for more detail.

Placemakr Music Row offers contactless check-in for verified guests. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth check-in.
1. Verify your information
In order to keep Placemakr safe for all guests and residents, we require all guests to verify their information before giving access to the building and their unit.
We will send you a unique link to verify your information and complete your reservation, however you may also look it up here.
2. Wait for your unit information via text
Expect a text from us at check-in time with your unit number and unique PIN code. No need to check-in at the front desk, you can head straight up to your unit!
Head through the lobby towards the elevator doors located opposite the front desk. If it's after hours, enter your PIN followed by # on the black PIN pad to get to your floor.
At your unit, enter your PIN followed by # to open your door. It will lock automatically behind you.
Wi-Fi is always complimentary at all Placemakr properties. In addition to in-unit signs, we will text and email you your unit network and password at the time of check-in.
We've partnered with AppleTV so you can stream TV just like you do at home. There are over 15 popular apps pre-downloaded on the TVs that you can sign into, or you can download any available apps from the App Store. For a live TV option, check out the Pluto TV app which offers over 100 channels.
We always clear your login information after your stay.
For a quick and seamless TV experience, we recommend having your login information ready prior to arrival.
You’ll have broom and dustpan, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, but you can also add à la carte unit cleaning for $119. Each unit also has a full-size washer and dryer.
If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us.
We are happy to accept your food and grocery deliveries at the front desk. For safety reasons, we don't allow deliveries up to guest floors.

Q: Does Placemakr Music Row allow pets?
A: Yes! Pets are welcome.
This property is dog-and-cat-friendly. We charge a non-refundable, one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 + tax to cover the costs of special housekeeping. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of guests who stay in the room after you.
As a Placemakr guest, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our pet policy. Please refer to the policy for specifics, including a fine for failure to declare a pet.
Q: Do you have a pack-n-play?
A: Yes! Placemakr Music Row is family-friendly. If you need a pack ’n play, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll make sure you’re all squared away.
Q: Is there luggage storage on-site?
A: Yes, Placemakr Music Row provides complimentary luggage storage. If you arrive early, we’re happy to offer free luggage storage until check-in time at 4 p.m. Placemakr is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Q: Does Placemakr provide housekeeping for its guests?
A: We provide all the necessities to keep your room clean, including laundry (in-unit washer and dryer or complimentary on-site laundry facilities), broom and dustpan, and dishwashers. We do, however, offer à la carte cleaning for $119. Contact us to arrange for this service.

For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method on file will be charged the day before your arrival. If you need to update your payment method, please let us know.
We do not accept cash or pre-paid credit cards.
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through Placemakr.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.
